Mentorship Academy
FYNI mentorship academy intends to focus on the needs of nurses. These needs were revealed through the need assessment research carried out by the organization among nurses and nursing students.

The Commitment
FYNI Mentorship Academy intends to focus on the needs of nurses. These needs were revealed through the need assessment research carried out by the organization among nurses and nursing students. Therefore, based on these findings, it is expedient that we provide hope and advice to young nurses on how they can make the most of their careers and be the best versions of themselves within the first 5 years of joining the initiative. We hope to achieve this through several platforms one of which is Mentorship. Therefore, FYNI will serve as the bridge between the interested and eligible nurse mentees and identified experienced experts (mentors) in the various fields of nursing endeavors.
